How do I pay for a booking?
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You can pay via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or wallets like Paytm and PhonePe.
What happens if the parking space is unavailable when I arrive?
If an owner fails to provide access to a confirmed booking, contact us within the booking window. You will receive a full refund plus a ₹50 platform credit.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the booking start receive a full refund. Cancellations 4–24 hours before receive a 50% refund. See our full Refund Policy for details.
How are parking spaces verified?
Owners are required to provide accurate listing details including address, photographs, and access instructions. Listings that receive repeated complaints are reviewed and may be removed.
Is there a minimum booking duration?
The minimum booking duration is 1 hour. Some listings may specify longer minimum periods — this is shown on the listing page.
How much can I earn by listing my space?
Earnings depend on your location, pricing, and availability. In Bengaluru, verified owners in central areas typically earn ₹3,000–₹15,000 per month from a single space.
Can I list a society or apartment parking space?
Yes, as long as you have the right to sub-let the space. Many housing societies permit this. You are responsible for complying with your society's rules.
